Once everything has been approved, we will then contact you with a return shipping label and instructions on the return address and how to send your package.
Items which are sent back to us without requesting a refund first will not be accepted.
If a product has been requested to be returned back to us and there is no fault with the product, the customer has to pay for the return delivery to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us straight away if there is any defect to the product or damage. This way we can quickly evaluate the issues and correct them much sooner.
After the 14 days of you receiving the product, we have the right to repair/fix or replace the product if it is no longer in working order. Only if we cannot fix/repair or replace the product will we offer you a refund.
If the item has been damaged by abuse or neglect (i.e. not caused by a manufacturing fault), there will be a cost to rectify the damage and delivery charges may also apply.
Any work carried out on a product to fix/repair after the 1 year warranty will be at an additional cost.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
